Terms & Conditions of Hire

  1. A minimum deposit of £50.00 per apartment per week is required to confirm a reservation. The balance of the rental is payable on arrival.
  2. Please note – Deposit will be forfeited in the event of a cancellation.
  3. A deposit of £50.00 is payable on arrival. This is refundable subject to satisfactory inspection of premises.
  4. Booking form must be completed and signed by the person who is responsible for reservation.
  5. Hirers responsibility – The hirer is responsible for the home and is expected to take all reasonable care of it. The hirer also undertakes to report and pay for any damage to the home, equipment lost, damaged, broken or stolen. A charge may be imposed if the apartment is not left in a clean and tidy condition.
  6. Apartments are available from 3.00pm on day of arrival and are to be vacated by 10.30am on day of departure. Late checkout available on request only.
  7. The number of persons stated on the reservation form must not be exceeded without the management’s prior permission.
  8. Bookings will not be accepted from parties under 18 years.
  9. Tariffs include electricity charges. Heating payable by coin operated meter.
  10. Cots, highchairs and towels must be booked in advance.
  11. Service – The hirer is asked to notify the management immediately of any shortcomings in the home so that it can be remedied.
  12. The occupants must not be the cause of annoyance or to be a disturbance by way of noise or otherwise to other occupants.
  13. The owner will not be held liable for any accidents, loss or damage, which may be sustained, by the hirer or others.
